Privacy

Each Hecate app has its own privacy policy, because each handles data differently. Pick the app you're using:

  • Capture app

    Records assets, including location and a device identity — personal data under GDPR.

  • Hecate Viewer · iPhone & iPad

    A pure subscriber with a live map. Location only for the "you are here" dot; nothing stored, nothing transmitted.

  • Apple TV viewer · planned

    A pure subscriber. Collects nothing — no camera, no location, no accounts.

  • Admin app

    Authors profiles and holds broker credentials. No telemetry.

Across all Hecate apps there is no developer backend, no third-party analytics, and no tracking. The only network destination is the MQTT broker you configure and control.
