Three apps, one MQTT broker, no backend — the whole flow in a few minutes.
Each demo runs three real Hecate apps side by side: Admin authors and publishes a profile, Capture picks it up from the broker and records an object, and Viewer shows the profile and the asset live — no server, only MQTT.

1. Goods receipt
A delivery arrives — the operator captures it against the published profile, and it appears live in the viewer.
2. Fire-extinguisher inspection
A recurring safety check: scan the extinguisher, record the inspection, see it on the map.
3. Tool issue
Handing out a tool and booking it to a person — captured once, visible everywhere.
4. Load carriers
Tracking pallets and containers as they move through the site.
